• You confirm that you own or have permission to use uploaded content.
• The content must not infringe on third-party rights.
• The content must not be false, misleading, illegal, offensive, or fraudulent.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies.

5. Marketplace Transactions

Motolink acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers/service providers.

We do not guarantee product quality, service delivery, authenticity of parts, availability, or pricing accuracy. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before completing transactions.

6. Payments

• Users agree to provide accurate payment information where payment services are available.
• Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
• Transaction fees may apply.

Motolink is not responsible for delays or failures caused by payment providers or mobile network operators.

7. Ratings and Reviews

Users may leave ratings and reviews based on genuine experiences.

We reserve the right to remove fake reviews, offensive content, defamatory statements, spam, or manipulated ratings.

8. Data Collection and Marketing Use

By using Motolink.co.ke, you acknowledge and agree that certain data may be collected and used for platform functionality, analytics, recommendations, support, fraud prevention, marketing, and promotional purposes.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motolink shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits or business, user disputes, failed transactions, vehicle damage or service issues, or loss resulting from reliance on listings or reviews. Users interact and transact at their own risk.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts, remove listings, restrict access, or permanently terminate users where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse, violation of these Terms, or harm to other users or the platform.

14. Privacy

Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Users acknowledge that internet transmissions may not always be completely secure.

15. Intellectual Property

All platform branding, logos, designs, software, and content belonging to Motolink are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform materials without permission.
